Our mission at Ciao is to provide every customer with a unique and satisfying dining experience. Ciao is a warm intimate Italian inspired restaurant. One of Long Branch’s favorite dining destinations.  Our staff is friendly, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Chef Marotta’s cuisine is inspired by his love and passion for food. He pays homage to his father creating Italian cuisine coupled with classic techniques. The food is inspired seasonally and utilizes local products as much as posssible.



      After owning and operating their restaurant in Florida for the last eight years, Marc and Mary Pat are returning home. The two grew up on the Jersey Shore and are returning to their families and their roots. Chef Marotta and his wife and partner Mary Pat invite you to enjoy a dining experience that will leave you breathless. We look forward to having you join us for dinner.
